CamBUC is dedicated to making travel by bus more pleasant, reliable and effective. Our members are involved in monitoring the punctuality and reliability of the present service. We need more volunteers for this work - if you are interested in reporting regularly on the journeys you make please contact us.

Incidents do sometimes occur that should never be allowed to happen. CamBUC wants to know of situations where bus users have been seriously inconvenienced or endangered for reasons which cannot be excused by traffic congestion or other matters outside operators' control. Some examples of this sort of incident include:

• dangerous driving (eg driving whilst holding and using a mobile phone)
• dangerous faults on vehicles
• gross rudeness to passengers
• running unreasonably early (eg more than 3 minutes)
• incorrect route or destination indicators
